Waited in line 20 minutes to place an order which when I went to move my feet, my shoes stuck to the floor, should have been a sign to leave... anyways. This young woman taking the orders must have been new and did not now how to run the register, but did know how to have conversations with her friends that keep running up to the counter. Place a simple order , a double with mayo, tomatoes, lettuce. What I got was a double with onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Told the manager that this was wrong and he asked me if I was sure...... Waited another 10 minutes for a new sandwich and it was still wrong. Instead of waiting another 10-20 minutes, I took the sandwich, left and outside was a elder man who was begging for food, so I gave him the sandwich. At least someone got to eat today.

I usually Love this place. Grew up visiting the bexley and dublin grandville locations. Today I ordered from the dublin/worthington location at 1925 Hard Rd. Columbus, Ohio 43235 . Prior to pick up the person on the phone was very rude. Had no type of customer service skills. I placed my order anyhow because it was what we desired for lunch. Our company tends to spend large sums of money on lunch at various places in the area. Just to support our community. However upon arrival I asked to remove an item off the order and I was told if I didn't purchase the complete order the police would be called. So here I'm being threatened because I don't want a cheddar Mac anymore. I then asked where that law was posted because I've never heard of such. I explained that even at a restaurant you can send food back. I was then yelled at by the manager ( older, bald , Caucasian, around 5'11 in height) the hair he did have was grey. He told me I was moron when I asked if he was calling me names he then yells out M-O-R-A-N. Granted he can't spell it still isn't how you treat customers. I will never order there again.

The buffet has very little choices. When I asked if they could make a mushroom pizza for me they refused. Overpriced for what they offer. Horrible customer service. They never replied to my pm on Facebook even though they told me to contact them.
