They are a D- RATED business, as rated by the BBB. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. When you purchase a ticket, they take your money & give you, your travel documents. After they cancel your flight and don't let you know that they cancelled your flight, also TRIES TO KEEP YOUR MONEY. Day before the actual flight we can't check in, went to the agency to see what was happening, for them to say your flight was cancelled the day after you bought it. Paid 2x more for the needed flight because of them. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY. SCUM BAG PEOPLE, AND THEIFS, THEY DO THIS TO SO MANY PEOPLE!!! No one says anything, that ends today.

This is the worst travel agency i have ever dealt with it would be my last time to book with them i don't recommend anyone try them. Agent is very rude and mean and unprofessional she hanged up on my face more than one time after she shouted to me in a very rude way she put me on hold for long time saying she is looking my issue and did nothing.
the office owner on a leave my problem not solved yet either the airlines can't change my flight i even can't talk to anyone to consider my issue.
They aren't respecting the clients and not considering their issues or requests.
I would report this on many sites considering clients complaints and put very low reviews.
