The Baltimore Marriott-Inner Harbor on The Charm'tastic Mile of Baltimore is a great hotel for conventions, business travelers, families & groups. It's close to all the main downtown attractions (National Aquarium, Oriole Park and M&T Stadium). Very nice rooms and amenities.
The Four Seasons on The Charm'tastic Mile in Harbor East lives up to its 5-star rating. The suite, the view and the personal touch of service makes for a great stay. The Sunday Brunch at Wit and Wisdom completed a sensational weekend stay.
This place has awful customer service. I have recently seen them with my own eyes be rude to young people and especially African Americans. It breaks my heart. I never thought the customer service was good but last Wednesday I watched the man (I think he might be the owner) throw out a young black man and a young Hispanic-looking guy. They seemed like well behaved young men and they were paying customers. I saw them walk in, they were not up to anything and the man working through them out after someone else had already taken their order. They had already paid! They were just standing, waiting, much like myself and he kicked them out for nothing. I could never go back and support a business like that after watching that happen. The food wasn't that good anyway.
