The apartment itself is fine, no bugs but a little dark. The real issue is management. I have lived in many, many different apartments and this one is by far the worse in management. They never gave us a lease at all in the year we lived there. Then charged us an extra month, a cleaning fee coming into the apartment and at the end of the lease. It is only one lady in charge to do everything so she even complained when I wanted to meet her in person. All of our complaints were 'non-urgent' therefore she never addressed them. It is too bad because the area is quiet and clean but it is not worth the pain of dealing with management. I would definitely not recommend this apartment.

My husband and I stayed at your motel last night after a hay rack ride. I just wanted to say thank you for providing a very nice clean room at an affordable price. We have friends that live in Seward and when we visit them we usually stay at the fancy hotel behind Mc Donald's and pay double what we paid last night. This trip I decided since we weren't going to be spending very much time in the the room I just couldn't justify the cost and decided to go with your establishment. I have to say that your motel was very nice and updated. It was not what I expected at all and we've decided that all future trips to Seward your motel will have our business. Your motel starting with the front desk check in, the room, breakfast and check out has the other place beat by a mile! Thank you to your friendly staff that provided us with a very clean and comfortable room. We will see you next time we're in town! 👍

Not bad for the price & when u have no where else to go. Pet friendly! But it's falling apart & there are bed bugs & roaches that they do nothing about except blame the person/people getting bit!! It's a last resort dump!

This motel is the worst I have been in. For one, It costs 205.00 per week. Once you move in. the owners who appear to be from Iraq or Pakistan, turn off the water, so you cannot shower or even flush the toilet. The front desk person a short, man who is on the slow side, will bug you to death by constantly knocking on your door asking if you want buckets of water to flush your toilet? They say they need to get into your room to repair the pipes at 5 a.m. The maintenance guy has a Rottweilder dog who is permitted to roam the property without a leash, a lawsuit waiting to happen. The rooms do not have fridges or microwaves. This is not a good choice for a family, single women, or people with morals.
