Sleep Inn and Suites in Minot ND: Staff are not trained well in customer service. They were rude, and promised things they had no business promising such as transportation to the airport. Hotel is for kids, and that is what we went for, but after such treatment, I would recommend booking at a different hotel that is not affiliated with the poor management of this hotel (apparently they manage other hotels near by) and purchase water park tickets to use their pool and then be able to leave. There were so many kids. I observed many over stimulated children and as a result there was lots of crying through the night in the paper thin walls keeping me awake. Take my advise, find a different hotel. This is no place to stay, even if you are looking for lots of kid activities.
