I reserved a truck on Friday and was told to call from the Body shop, at which time they would be there within 10 min. with the truck to pick me up. When I called they did not have the truck stating that the 3 they had were for someone else. I had clearly stated I needed to be at work at certain time as well. They picked me up late and stuck me in a Prius. I was told to return the next day for the truck. At that time I was told I was never guaranteed a truck on that day. On the third day (5 days from the original day of reserving the truck) they still had no truck. The lady named Lindsey that works in the front said it happens all the time. Oh, and I had to *67 my phone number or they wouldn't answer. Please think twice before getting a car in Shawnee, Oklahoma 4220 N. Harrison 74804 with Steve Smith and Lindsey.
For my mothers birthday I wanted to order a big bright and cheerful bouquet to make her feel special. I ordered a week in advance a bright, big, pink, and yellow arrangement. When my mother got her order the delivery lady told her that it was a funeral arrangement that had gotten mixed up. When I saw the flowers I called the store who said it was a spring arrangement trying to cover it up. This "spring arrangement" had sunflowers, evergreens, sunset roses, not at all what I ordered. When I told the owner what I was expecting she said "so you were wanting it all to match". Well yes as a professional I thought that they would take pride in their work and want to deliver their best work. I am still just in shock. They said they would redeliver a bouquet tomorrow. My mom doesn't even want to lady back in her office because of how unprofessional she was.
I live in CA. I place an order online for a white basket of purple flowers with purple bows. My friend received a cheap clear vase with multi color daisies. I called the business three times to get the problem corrected, but nothing ever happened. I don't recommend.
I have always got the best service and my order is neve wrong particularly at this McDonald's. However, this will be the 2nd time this week I've ordered breakfast burritos and still haven't got my picante sauce!! Do we not believe in giving sauce out anymore!? Geez. That's the best part and it makes me not want to enjoy my breakfast because by the time I get to work and start eating my food I don't carry picante sauce around with me.. and I can not eat a burrito with no sauce! Had to just let you know about that. Thank you!
